How does Settle Up work?

Settle Up records a repayment that happened outside WeSplit. It does not send money or charge a card. A settlement reduces debt without increasing spending.

What to do

1. 1

   Open Balances and choose Settle Up for the suggested repayment.

2. 2

   Pay the person by your agreed method, then record the actual amount, sender, recipient and currency.

3. 3

   The transaction is labelled Settle Up. If you entered it incorrectly, open the record and correct it while the group is open.
